Teaching content: to provide high quality ESL instruction based on scholl academic out come to improve students' comprehensive English ability
Responsibilities:
1. Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals.
2. Prepare and implement syllabus with clear objectives for each lesson, unit and project according to curriculum requirements.
3. Assess student learning process through ongoing observations and feedbacks, provide advice and assistance accordingly.
4. Finish all tasks related to all kinds of tests, such as make out test papers, the register the exam result, analysis, etc
5. Be responsible for students' welfare and progress
6. Accomplish temporary task assigned by the department leaders.
1. Prefer English native speakers, or non natives with clear accent
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Major in Education, English or subjects-related majors
4. CELTA/TEFL certificate or equivalent
5. At least 2 years teaching experience
6. Abilities to understand and adapt to cultural differences
1. Salary from 15k to 25k, depends on teachers' qualification
